An uninterrupted Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls beta will get underway from 5th December, and will run for 72 hours without any breaks or pauses.
If you participated in the previous beta, then you’ll be eligible to play this one as well. Similarly, if you registered and were unsuccessful last time, you may be selected this time.
If you’ve never registered for the beta before, then you can find out how to do so through here.
This expanded server stress test will add Spider-Man and Ghost Rider to the roster, taking the total of playable characters up to eight. The previous beta had just six characters, even though the aforementioned heroes had technically already been confirmed for the fighter.
In addition, two new stages, Savage Land (announced at Tokyo Game Show) and X-Mansion will feature. They’ll join Marvel’s New York.
“Based on feedback received from the previous closed beta, we’ve implemented numerous improvements, including balance adjustments, performance optimisations, visual enhancements, and user experience upgrades,” game director Kazuto Sekine said.
The only concern here is that it’s been several months since Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls was first revealed, and we still haven’t seen any additions to the roster.
Fans are now beginning to worry that the game’s launch lineup may be slim pickings.
