Honkai: Star Rail’s next major update will of course continue the tale of Amphoreus, as the story enters its second phase. But we must admit, we’re more concerned with the upcoming restaurant management minigame, which will debut as part of the new patch, due out on 13th August.

Two new characters will debut as part of v3.5: Hysilens and Cerydra. The former will be an excellent addition to DoT teams, doubling the damage inflicted by the likes of Kafka and Black Swan. Meanwhile, the latter will boost damage and will enable allies to double up the effects of their skills.
Kafka and Silver Wolf will flank the aforementioned newcomers in the first and second phases of the update respectively, and both recently got buffed so may be worth pulling for if you don’t already have them.
As we mentioned previously, though, it’s the restaurant management minigame that’s caught our eye. Here’s what the blurb says:
“In the Chrysos Maze Grand Restaurant event, Trailblazers will work alongside the Chrysos Heirs to manage a restaurant in Aedes Elysiae. As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll serve delicious food to the fairies of the Membrance Maze and renovate the run-down venue by managing it wisely to win their praise and support.”
The bartending minigame from a while back is also getting a new version, rounding out the food and drink-themed events. And of course, you’ll also find the usual array of free pulls and material boosters spread out throughout the length of the update, so you should find plenty to sink your teeth into.
