Fuga: Melodies of Steel 3 has been officially announced for PS5 and PS4, continuing CyberConnect2's series of disturbingly dark tactical RPGs, and we got a reasonably wild trailer to celebrate. The unlikely crew (mostly cat people) of the mysterious and powerful tank, Taranis, will again need to take up arms against the aggressive Berman Empire (dog people) from 29th May 2025.
Boasting an upgraded battle system and enhanced intermission between story and combat sequences, you'll be glad to see a conclusion if you've been keeping up with the series over the years. We'll admit to not quite getting to the last game, but the original was pretty out there: child soldiers forced into fighting a losing war in a tank that can be powered up at the cost of a life. You had to choose who and when to sacrifice someone, which had multiple endings depending on the order. Perhaps someday!

Are you familiar with the Fuga series? Are you as lost as we are with whatever's happening in the threequel? Let us know in the comments section below.

I loved the first one, but bounced off the second for sone reason - it didn’t grab me in the same way. I’ll go back to it though, and check this out eventually. You need to support child sacrifice, it’s a dying art.
I really liked both, but they are a bit too similar. I'll definitely play this and support the dev though
@Hyena_socks Although i Do plan to go back to it, I had the same issue with the sequel, it seemed like more of the same and i went in too soon after the first one. Maybe if you leave it for a bit you'll feel refreshed?
@__Seraph I think that’s exactly it, had the same thing with God of War: Ragnarok. Both due a revisit this year!
Yeah I enjoyed the first one last year, but never got to the sequel because it looked so similar. Fun game though.
