We don’t actually know how well the PlayStation 5 is selling, because Sony has stopped short of sharing numbers outside of its “biggest ever launch” rhetoric. However, we do now have firm figures for Spain, where the next-gen console is poised to dominate the market. The Japanese giant shipped 43,000 units, and they sold out.
That makes it the biggest launch for a PlayStation home console in the country, although the PlayStation Portable is actually the company’s fastest-selling system in Spain. It’s worth noting that both next-gen systems are completely sold out in the European nation right now, meaning the numbers we’re seeing here effectively reflect stock allocation rather than demand.

Saw “PlayStation Home” and then read title again
@yaboydanzo Lol, I do think now is the right time for sony to try playstation home again, it will be pretty cool to hang out in ps home and play some arcade games or others stuff.
@Medic_Alert I had the same experience on the first day. 50+ PS4 games transferred over, 3 were corrupted and a bunch more required extra data copied from the discs.
But honestly I loved it. It was like waiting for the gravy when you're already sat down for Christmas dinner. nomnomnom
@Medic_Alert Ah very good. You went all in. I'm using a fairly standard 4TB Seagate ext drive. It does the job, but the speeds are regular PS4 Pro speeds unless I transfer them over before playing.
Even so, I'm very happy with the convenience of just being able to plug the external drive in, downloading my saves, and picking up where I left off.
It's a great console especially with the Dualsense adding more depth to games if they support it.

Especially in VR. Such a missed opportunity. Surely Sony could make it profitable with product placement and sponsored events?! Hell, even put a movie theatre in selling tickets for Sony movies.

@thefourfoldroot And maybe put arcade games in there and sells the coins with mtx, $1 for 10 coin is a good price (1 coin for 1 play), I'll be there spending my time playing final fight, double dragon, punisher, sf2, and many other games
It will be like fortnite but without all the battle, just some virtual place for playstation gamers to chill.
