Arc System Works has wheeled out another gameplay trailer for the new Guilty Gear. It features May, the returning pirate lass who was revealed in the title's previous video. As per usual it's a brief trailer, but it still manages to pack in another character announcement at the end, confirming that time travelling Brit Axl Low is also coming back in this instalment. He's wearing pants this time, too.

I wish capcom would put any ego they might have aside and take a good look at this new GG and think to themselves, are we REALLY putting our full effort into our fighting games? And btw im the biggest capcom fanboy ever, having been obsessed with their games since the old arcade days of the 80s/90s. I want them to succeed more than anything!
I wanna see more on that new character from the original EVO trailer. May and Axl are nice, but series veterans know they're coming, unless the roster's getting shaken up.
Still, I am really excited for this game, and I'm currently trying to put the work in learning GG.
I thought this was an approximation of Axl Rose, lol.
