Poll: What PS4 Game Are You Most Excited for in the Latter Half of 2018?

Spyro. It's the only one I'm interested in that I can't get on any other platform I own so...

Red dead all the way. I truly believe it's gonna be a game changer on open world design.

PS4 game: Spider Man. Other than that: Smash Ultimate

Red Dead Redemption 2 most of all. I'm really looking forward to Divinity 2, DQXI, Valkyria Chronicles 4 and AC Odyssey, too. It's all about the RPGs innit.

Spiderman , MegaMan 11 , Dragon Quest & COD is all I will be getting for the rest of the year . On the fence for Just Cause 4 we shall see once the reviews come out.

I'm very surprised to currently see Black Ops 3 at 0% and Darksiders 3 quite high up on the list with 7%

Red Dead Redemption 2 is the one I'm most anticipating, but I am also eager for Spider-Man and Spyro, and there's plenty of others here that I'd enjoy.

Tough list. Should be DQXI but I just started NNK2 and I usually need a break between long JRPG, so Darksiders 3, but 2 wasn't very good compared to 1 so I need to see more of 3. Yesterday's 11 minute vid has me thinking buy for $20.

I decided on "Other" for Dreams b/c I do't think it's officially not coming out this year yet, though I could be wrong.

RDR2 for me. It will be probably more of the same but that's fine. Hitman 2 will have a full release this year also ?? that's day one for sure.

Spider-Man, RDR 2, Darksiders 3, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Assasssin Creed Odyssey and Spyro Trilogy are games i am getting on Day One but i think there are couple games might get delayed to 2019 like BioMutant and other one is i don't know yet

Spider-man and spyro will be day one digital for me (I hope I get another 20% discount code email from sony), dragon quest, fist of north star and valkyria chronicles 4 will be day one if there's steelcase version (if not I'll buy it digital when it's discounted), also on megaman 11 if the reviews is good, and maybe red dead 2 if the games open world is interesting.

Spider-Man is besting Red Dead 2, awesome. Some solid games are coming up.

Valkyria Chronicles 4. Easily my most anticipated game for the second half of the year.

I'm about even with Spiderman and Red Dead. But give Spiderman a very slight edge. I do plan to buy both.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is easily my most anticipated release of 2018 - let alone the latter half! Its a sequel/prequel to one of the best games of last gen and I can't see Rockstar releasing anything that isn't a masterpiece in its genre.

The only other games I am definitely buying (pre-ordered already) are in release order Spider-Man, Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Assassin's Creed: Odyssey. Of those 3, Tomb Raider is my most anticipated with AC: Odyssey 2nd and Spider-Man 3rd.

The Tomb Raider reboot games have been excellent so far and in my top 3 games of the year they released and whilst Crystal Dynamics may not be at the 'helm', I am really looking forward to the final part of this 'trilogy'.

AC: Odyssey looks like it will be similar to Origins - one of my favourite games of 2017 and a game I completed 'everything' in - inc the DLC. I loved the game-play, the combat and the massive playground they created so really looking forward to spending time in ancient Greece.

Spider-Man may well be '4th' but that doesn't mean I am not excited to play this game. I do think it will be 'fun' and a great 'Spider-Man' game. There are a few things that I wasn't 'excited' by in some of the Game-play (like the Shocker battle in the bank for example) but overall I am looking forward to the other games more.

Anyway, all 4 of these are pre-ordered and should see me through until Feb 22nd. Any other games I buy (Strange Brigade, BF5, CoD:BO4, Destiny 2 for example) may be purchased in a sale if I do buy but I am trying to save some money for a busy Feb...

PS4: Spiderman, Spyro, maybe Red Dead 2 if I like the first one enough.

@Jriibz That would certainly be good. I'll take anything at this point but in that case, they should show some gameplay and release a demo considering how there has been absolutely no news about it since announcement. I'm pretty dissapointed tbh

@Flaming_Kaiser - i couldn't care less for RDR2 either. i've never actually liked any of the rockstar games i've played.

Pretty slim pickings as far as I'm concerned. Only Just Cause 4 out of that lot for me... can't wait for that. I might pick up FIFA 19 but I'm not sure yet.

@DMG361132 At least Im getting something u like Valkyria Chronicles 4 i was hoping for a new on the console for so long. The one before this threw out everything i loved with the first wel now at least i can play the real predecessor. 😁

@leucocyte I loved Manhunt and only GTA Vice City i love the 80's i like to finish a game and somehow GTA is always the same for me personally.

Ride 3 for me. I know PushSquare hates Milestone games, but I like 'em, especially their motorcycle games. With each new Ride game they keep adding more and more content; motorcycles, tracks, game modes, atmospheric effects, customization options and so on. So I'm very excited for Ride 3.

This is followed by Nascar Heat 3. It's the same story here, they just keep improving and adding more single-player value with each new version. Now there's a Dirt Tour, Team Management, more tracks etc.

There's lots of games for me to be excited for though, although I feel more drawn towards Indie games than the big Blockbusters, games like Tempest 4000, 8-Bit Armies, Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom and many others.

Dragon Quest XI I think is the only PS4 game left that I'm picking up this year.
