As was always going to be the case, The Division 2 turned up in a big way during Ubisoft's E3 2018 press conference. The team-based shooter got a new story trailer, which we've embedded above, but it was the details that the publisher put forth that are really worth writing about.
For starters, Ubisoft says The Division 2's DLC "episodes" will be completely free. Three episodes will release throughout 2019, following the game's launch in March next year. They'll feature new locations, loot, and activities. Cool.
On top of that, raids are coming to this bigger and supposedly better sequel. Eight players will be able to band together and take on mammoth challenges. It all sounds quite promising, and it's worth mentioning that you can sign up for the beta right now. All the details are through here.
What do you make of The Division 2? Will it be your multiplayer shooter of choice come next year? Lock and load in the comments section below. The Divisio

Looks really good. Might buy it next year.
Do you have to avenge the death of your pet spider while climbing a tower? If not, why not?
With the exception of COD (shocking). What's with all the free content of late? No complaints, I'm liking it.
Looked more impressive than the first - at least environmentally speaking...
@Dange It's just Devs trying to say "look we aren't like EA".
@Dange trying to win back gamers.
This looks good. Seems line they are doing what destiny 2 didn't do and that was actually learn and improve from the first game. Keeping my eye out for this.
