We remember a time when people were complaining the European PS Store never had any decent sales, but these days we can hardly move for all the discounts. With the close of the 'Games Under £16' offer drawing to a close, Sony has immediately replaced it with not one, but two new sets of potential savings.
First up, we have an EA sale, featuring a lot of its more noteworthy titles. You'll be able to save up to 60% on games like Star Wars Battlefront 2, FIFA 18, Titanfall 2, Need for Speed Payback, and many more. Also included is a whole range of DLC, so whether you own some of these games or not, it might be worth a browse.
The second big sale is 'Games Under £4', which has a huge number of bargains. A lot of these games are on the smaller side, but that's not to say there aren't some top notch titles to be found. Hotline Miami, FEZ, Oxenfree, The Flame in the Flood: Complete Edition - all worthy of your time, and all included.
There are plenty of games in both offers, so it's well worth checking out the PlayStation Blog post to get the full rundown.
Will you be raiding your savings for any of these deals? Let us know what you're buying in the comments below.

Thankfully nothing overly tempting for me here this time around...need to exercise some restraint and catch up on things for a couple months!
These PlayStation Store sales are consistently great now. Games under £4 represents ridiculous value. People often complain that gaming is expensive but if you were on a tight budget, I reckon you could still get a hell of a lot of bang for your buck if you just stuck to these digital sales.
'Games Under £4 sale'
Theyve taken our pounds, now they are after our pennies.
There's some really good stuff here: Virginia, Unravel and Towerfall are must-haves for these prices.
Unfortunately I have all good games on sale already. I might buy the Towerfall expansion, though!
Battlefront 2 discount again? Hmm I wonder why hmm
@Kidfried I was thinking about getting the Towerfall expansion too
Nothing much has taken my fancy which is good since I have a backlog as long as an elephants... trunk to get through.
Bit of a disappointing Sale really but that's probably a good thing as have a backlog of about 8 games to get through before Ni No Kuni and Yakuza 6 come out. Not much VR love this sale either.
Think I'll be partaking in Seasons After Fall
I'm still hoping for the discount on What Remains of Edith Finch that the NA store received
@bindiana Can’t be any worse than the Call of Duty sale 😂
£59.99 down to £48 or whatever.
I’m not saying money off isn’t good, but 18% is hardly going to make a game affordable given it’s original price.
@Wormold That's a gosh-darn steal. Good shout!
There's something in the 'Games Under £4' listing entitled "Oh... Sir! The Insult Simulator" and now I'm very confused.
Hotline Miami Collection for 5 euros? Yes, sir!
Mirror's Edge Catalyst is £4.29 with PS+... .
Do I bite or hope it gets into the IGC one day?
@Fight_Teza_Fight I'd say that price is about right. In fact, upon completing it, I remember saying to a curious friend that "it's worth playing for anything under a tenner".
I got it at launch. Whilst it's simply more Mirror's Edge (which can't be too bad a thing), the fact that it's an odd reboot-sequel-prequel thing is very bizarre, and the controls weren't as tight as the original (this may have been patched since; I haven't played it beyond the first week of release). The story is short, frustratingly short, and whilst the open world does have lots of other things to do, they feel like busy-work. The performance was also sketchy, although again, it hadn't had many patches and I was on a regular PS4 at the time. I haven't tried it on my PS4 Pro yet... I'm waiting to get the itch to play it again. Hasn't happened yet.
Wow, sorry, I sound quite negative! There is fun to be had, and there were a handful of brief moments that I remember well. This is a very low price for a big release; if you do spend the £5, I hope you enjoy it.
@RogerRoger I decided against it. I've got so many great games I haven't got the time to play, last thing I should do is add an average game to the backlog.
Maybe if it ever gets on PS+.
@Fight_Teza_Fight A fair call.
One day, a rainy Sunday when you've got no backlog and it was free on PS Plus, you'll perhaps understand.
