Street Fighter will celebrate its 30th anniversary next month, and word is Capcom has a little something in the pipeline. A product listing for a Street Fighter Anniversary Collection has popped up on a German website, and the inside chatter is that it’s legit. If the name sounds familiar then you may recall a similar package on the PlayStation 2, which collated Hyper Street Fighter II and Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike.
Word is that this rumoured PlayStation 4 version – launching some 10 years later – will include more than the aforementioned, but all is set to be revealed over the coming days. Street Fighter V announcements are also expected in August, as the publisher has already promised free fight money will be made available to those who play the game during the franchise’s milestone month. If this is true I hope that they include the mode that let you mix and match characters from all the versions of SFII. Playing as Championship Version Ryu against someone who's playing Super Street Fighter II Ken.

I enjoyed previous sf more than sf5 so yes, this collection is a good thing
Wish it had street fighter alpha though, sf alpha 2 is my favourite street fighter ever, I've played the game too long until my left thumb hurt because of psx dpad.

Capcom love a rerelease so I'm not surprised. I don't think their is an electrical item I own that I can't play Resi 4 on lol
@TheIronChimp Yeah me too, I think sfa3 has too many character, also I don't like world tour, I rather replaying arcade mode playing each character again.
It will be really cool if capcom updated sfa series with 4k and widescreen, don't change the sprite though, usf2 switch new sprite is lame, it's like a flash game.

@kyleforrester87 whoa hold on there you should know the rules by now, for every new game from Capcom we must first have another four versions of Street Fighter 2. Which means that Resi 8 should be out in a couple of months actually 🤔

I'd say one buy this on Switch as it's now the console of residence for awesome street fighter games in my house, and indeed anywhere else I feel like playing street fighter online
3rd strike? Where do I swipe my credit card? You need a pint of blood? Kidney...nobody said they had to be mine... (also can we get this on switch?!-sorry this will be my only Nintendo begging over here I promise.)
