Well, this is becoming an unfortunate reoccurrence, isn't it? There's not one game that Sony hasn't delayed this year, and Gravity Rush 2 is the latest to join the "pushed back" party. To be fair to the Japan Studio developed title, this very much appears to be a marketing move rather than a production problem – but that doesn't make the change any less disappointing.

Writing on the PlayStation Blog, director Keiichiro Toyama explained that while development is "proceeding smoothly", the "landscape for the release date has changed dramatically". Of course, what he's referring to here is the fact that both Final Fantasy XV and The Last Guardian are now perched precariously on Kat's cute button nose.

In order to make up for the delay, Sony has announced that the title's first premium expansion pack – which was going to be sold separately – will now be bundled into the package for free. You'll be able to enjoy the full campaign along with the add-on from 18th January in Europe and 20th January in North America, which is the title's new (and hopefully final) release date.

In other words, a week before Resident Evil 7. Kat may have the cream, but she doesn't have much luck, does she?
