It's been a while since we heard anything substantial about Tales of Berseria, the latest Tales Of game that's currently in development for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. However, that's probably set to change by this time next week, as a special 20th anniversary Japanese livestream is planned.
The stream will commence at 22:00PM Japan time on the 14th December, so all of the news should be spread around the 'net by the time that you haul yourself out of bed. Oh, cool.
I hope they kill the PS3 version and make the game look better for the PS4. But nope. Bamco likes making last gen games.
@Riririn PS3 sells good in Japan so i think they would be nuts to drop a lot of sales.
I couldn't finish Tales of Zestiria. I loved the combat, but everything else about it was so bland. Hopefully Bersia is actually a game worth buying.
I really need to catch up on this series, I still need to play Xillia 1 and 2, and Zestiria
@hYdeks I still haven't even really played Abyss yet, that's how far behind I am lol.
(I do own Xillia 1 & 2, Symphonia Chronicles, and Graces of F though)
I started Zesteria, but then Xenoblade Chronicles X released and, well, it's like one of the best JRPG's I've ever played. No telling when (or if) I'll ever get back to Zesteria.
@ToddlerNaruto ohh man, I forgot about Graces F, I need to play that too...and Hearts R Abyss is really good, I definitely recommend paying that one.
Yep, this will be my first Tales game.
@hYdeks I'm never playing Hearts R, since it lacks English voices.
Graces f is good from what I've seen and heard.
Finally concerning Abyss, I'm in no hurry to play since I've seen the anime.

@whizzkidd I considered Zestiria but it just didn't look all that appealing from the trailers character designs-wise, plus part of the story had already been spoiled for me after all the negative press the game got in Japan. I figured I'd wait for the first PS4 title instead of a PS3 remake and the main character in Berseria looks better to me.
If I like Berseria enough I might pick it up!
OOh goodie! reminds me I should probably finish Tales of Vesperia, and Start Tales of Xillia 1 & 2 and replay Tales of Symphonia seeing as I have Chronicles now too, oh and start Tales of Hearts R and finish Tales of Zesteria and...then there's that extra epilogue for Tales of Graces f....umm I think I need a year or so off work to catch up...
