If you've already played through The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and romanced the fiery haired Triss Merigold, then there's a chance that you feel as though her relationship with Geralt left something to be desired. Because of the way that the role-playing release is set up, our grizzly protagonist is perhaps more inclined to pursue romance with long-time love Yennefer, and numerous fans have expressed their displeasure with the currently unbalanced love triangle.
Taking this feedback into account, CD Projekt Red has revealed that both romance options will be getting slight overhauls as the developer fleshes out their associated dialogue. This should mean more conversation choices with both Triss and Yennefer, which will supposedly add a bit more believable depth to their relationships with Geralt.
The alterations will arrive as part of the title's next patch, which we should hear more about in the relatively near future.
So, who did decide to romance? Do you prefer the kind hearted Triss or the stern Yennefer? Make up Geralt's mind for him in the comments section below.

I romanced both? is that not supposed to be possible? I also romanced Keira Metz and the random woman in Skellige I beat in a sword fight... Geralt you dog you!
My first run I went with Yennifer. Next run will be Triss, whenever I get around to it. I'm going to be all about Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain for the next month, maybe even the rest of the year, haha.
I tried to romance with Yen because of the story of the game, but hell, she's the worst, selfish, arrogant, I really hate her thank god the Djin helped me! On the other side Triss is awesome in every single way.
I hate Yen....
Triss > Yen
Nah, Yen and Geralt are pretty much the same, both love Ciri, both are very independent, both can be sarcastic, both have some darker undertones.
Triss, just seems to be overly nice for Geralt.
@Maxamus Nah man it's possible, something really cool happens later in the game.
Yennifer: she's his destiny...and something more. Because being his destiny is not enough.
Currently replaying this, so I hope they patch it before I get to romance her
@sub12 In the novels shes a proper slutbag.
Seduces Geralt whilst hes with Yen but none of the lost memory stuff.
@Feena Cirilla is Geralts destiny, not Yennefer.
Title is totally not an innuendo
@ToOGoodOfAPlaya SPOILERS Yennefer is also his destiny - Geralt used the genie's last wish to intertwine his fate and hers in the short story "the last wish". They set each other free from that during game events...
@Feena True, but thats for love.
A false truth.
Cirilla was always destined for Geralt.
But yes, he does make that wish.
Yen is a horrible woman. Just look at what happened with Skjall. Still, Triss looks like Gérard Way and has an irritating voice so yeah.
I would have gone for Keira but she ran off with my mate. Gutted.
In the first half Triss is lovely and Yen is horrible, then they slowly switch round as the game goes on and then you kinda regret choosing Triss early on. Or I did anyway. Triss is still a better person in general though.
I'm currently reading the books and understand Yen a lot more now. I still prefer sweet Triss though.
Keira Metz was my favourite. Then Triss.
