Wondering how to earn Gold fast in MultiVersus? Gold is one of two primary currencies in Warner Bros' platform fighter, but unlike Gleamium it's earned purely through gameplay. This means if you don't intend to spend real money on the game, then you'll want to know how to earn Gold fast. With Gold, you can purchase All Characters, as well as Train Perks. As part of our MultiVersus guide, we're going to explain how to earn Gold fast.
MultiVersus: How to Earn Gold Fast
If you're curious how to earn Gold fast in MultiVersus, then we're going to explain everything you need to know on this page. However, if you haven't decided who to play as yet, be sure to also check out our All Characters and Tier List as part of our MultiVersus guide.
Win Your First Match of the Day
MultiVersus offers a daily bonus of 100 Gold for your first win every single day. With many characters costing 1,500 Gold to unlock, this means even if you only win one match per day, you should be able to purchase someone new to play as approximately every two weeks.
Progress Your Battle Pass
One of the rewards on the Battle Pass is always likely to be an injection of Gold. While you may need to purchase the Premium track with Gleamium for some of these rewards, the pre-season Battle Pass includes 250 Gold for free at Tier 11. While this will of course differ on a season-by-season basis, it's always important to keep an eye on the Battle Pass and look out for Gold rewards.
Level Up Your Characters and Profile
Another great way to earn Gold is to level up the characters you already own. Many characters will offer 100 Gold as part of their reward track, and you can even earn this for free if you play as characters part of the free rotation. You can then use any Gold you earn to purchase more characters, and then proceed to level them up for even more. Keep in mind that you'll earn a further 100 Gold for levelling up your profile as well!
Play with Friends
You can earn 30 per cent extra Gold every match if you play with a friend. While this is a small boost in isolation, it all adds up over time, and will seriously increase your earnings if you team up over a prolonged period of time.
Toast Your Friends After Every Match
Always remember to Toast your friend after every match, and ensure they Toast you back. This means that in addition to your aforementioned 30 per cent Gold bonus, you'll also earn an additional 20 Gold on top. You can also Toast strangers if you want to of course, but considering you'll have a finite number of Toasts in your inventory, we'd recommend only using these on a friend so you can be certain they will Toast you back. Buying ten Toasts will cost you 350 Gold so it isn't recommended you plump up for these, but you'll earn many Toasts for free by levelling up characters and progressing your Battle Pass. You'll also get five free Toasts every day.
