Hogwarts Legacy Trophy Guide: All Trophies and How to Unlock the Platinum

Hogwarts Legacy Trophy Guide: All Trophies and How to Unlock the Platinum 1

Hogwarts Legacy has 46 Trophies to unlock, including the Platinum Trophy. In this part of our Hogwarts Legacy Trophy guide, we will reveal our Trophy Roadmap, and then detail whether there are any Missable Trophies or Difficulty Related Trophies separately.

Trophy Roadmap

It's not possible to unlock all of the Trophies in Hogwarts Legacy in a single playthrough, but you can earn the vast, vast majority of them without having to worry about the Missable Trophies. You can play the game on any difficulty setting, and all of the Trophies can still be unlocked once you've beaten the main story in free-roam. You'll need to find all collectibles in order to unlock the Platinum Trophy.

Then, once your 100% completion playthrough is complete, you'll need to play the first few hours of the game another three times to reach a certain point in the story with each house. While these Trophies are technically missable within the parameters of a single playthrough, they can be easily earned.

Are There Any Missable Trophies?

The game has 4 Missable Trophies, but they're not missable in the traditional sense. You need to reach a certain point in the story with each house to unlock four Trophies, which happens roughly two to three hours into the game if you skip all cutscenes and dialogue. You'll unlock one of them naturally during your first playthrough, and then you must play the opening chapters with the other three houses to unlock the rest.

Every other Trophy in the game cannot be missed. You can free-roam after the main story is complete, and no content disappears. All Side Quests, Assignments, and Collections requirements remain.

Do Difficulty Options Affect Trophies?

There are no Difficulty Related Trophies in the game. You can unlock them all on the easiest difficulty mode, which is Story. Feel free to choose whichever difficulty mode you prefer and then adjust if you feel the need to.

Silver: Complete all collections

You'll need to earn 100% completion across every single item and element the Collections screen covers to unlock this Trophy. That includes Tools, Enemies, Appearances, Revelio Pages, Beasts, Traits, Wand Handles, Conjurations, Ingredients, and Brooms.

A Keen Sense of Spell

You can get the seeds to grow Mandrakes form Dogweed and Deathcap in Hogsmeade, or you can buy them as Combat Tools from there too. Followed the Butterflies

Bronze: Follow butterflies to a treasure

On the map, look out for a black and white icon of a butterfly. Head there and follow the butterflies until they stop and fly in a circle. Use Revelio in the area and you'll discover a Collection Chest, thus unlocking the Trophy. These icons don't permanently stay on your map; they only appear as you get close. Raising Expectations

Bronze: Reach a combo of 100

During the Main Quest called Percival Rackham's Trial, a single encounter encompasses enough enemies for where you can easily wrack up a combo north of 100 just using Basic Cast. Stay out of the way of enemy attacks and you shouldn't have any issues unlocking the Trophy.

Finishing Touches

Silver: Use Ancient Magic on every enemy in the game

You can use ancient magic by pressing L1 and R1 at the same time when the button prompt appears. You'll need a charge in the blue bar in the bottom-right area of the HUD to do so. You need to use ancient magic on 34 enemies, since unique foes don't count towards the Trophy. Whenever you encounter a new enemy, be sure to use ancient magic on it.

The Spell Master

Silver: Learn all spells

Please refer to our How to Learn All Spells guide for more information on this Trophy.

A Forte for Achievement

Gold: Reach level 40

Level 40 is the highest level in the game at launch. You'll probably finish the Main Quest at around level 26 or so, meaning you'll need to earn a lot more XP through Side Quests and other activities to reach the max level. If you're going for the Platinum Trophy, though, you should unlock this Trophy naturally.
