God of War Ragnarok: What Lies Below Walkthrough

You'll complete a large portion of What Lies Below as part of the Return of the River Favour. As such, we'd recommend you read through that walkthrough to learn how to ascend the dam and release the water. Once you've turned the wheel that drains the dam, you'll need to use your Draupnir Spear to create a traversal point to an island where you'll face two Dreki. One of these has electrical properties, but there are few surprises here and they shouldn't present too many issues at this point in the game.
