Sadly, the lie/glitch only goes for games with buttons that go into the browser, sorry for the click-bait =( It's a lie, the browser can be used while the system is still running the games suspended! This is how I know(I'm playing MNR:RT as of this post); in MNR:RT, if you press the question mark in the lower right, it'll take you to a gray-background image of a Vita, showing you how to use whatever thing you were on before you opened this, and if you press the button at the bottom, it'll take you into the browser, with the Vita image still there and suspended on the LiveArea! Although this is a glitch and it's unsupported, and the browser can freeze sometimes really quickly, it's actually possible to do it!
I think I've only tried using the browser once or twice. It refused to open my Gmail so I promptly closed it and wrote it off as a "useless browser from the 90s".

I think I opened the browser for like 2 seconds when I first got my Vita and haven't touched it since. I got this baby to game and that's really all I'm going to do with it.
I spend about 2 out of 3 of the time I'm on my Vita on this browser. It's not supposed to be a "play Adobe, watch Adobe" browser, it's supposed to be a "read my blog" browser.
Hopefully something materializes out of that rumor a while back regarding Chrome on PS3. Once they get the webOS down for the PS3, it should be 'simple enough' to port over to Vita.
If any of that ever happens
