I'm surprised that this thread didn't already exist! Just share your recent everyday purchases here.

I bought a new t-shirt and onesie, and also restocked both my adult diapers (disability) and snacks.

I also recently bought clothes hangers, baby wipes, and baby powder, was running low on them all.

I bought a Caramel Freddo for 35p. Utterly ridiculous. I remember when they were 5p.

I bought a book from World of Books. It was called Fast Food Nation. Including postage it came to £3.99.
Not sure if I'll read it straightaway or add it to my book backlog... my booklog?
Think I'll find it interesting but that it'll put me off food for a bit, that's happened before.

@graymamba So does your wife! 😂

Life is more fun when you help people succeed, instead of wishing them to fail.

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.

Gas, gasoline, petrol, fuel, oh and did I mention gas? My car engine eats gas like a malnourished crocodile that has the munchies.

Just ordered last year's Private Eye annual and an anime movie on Blu-Ray.

And yesterday I swung for dessert while meeting a family member for lunch. It was this cookie dough thing that, in a single bite, made me feel like I was being hit by a freight train full of sugar.

I bought In the Castle of My Skin ,a novel by George Lamming.

My last general purchase was pretty simple but satisfying. I picked up a few everyday essentials and treated myself to a new book for evening reading. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it felt good to buy something practical with a little personal enjoyment mixed in. Sometimes those small, useful purchases are the most rewarding.
