My experience with them is usually you really struggle but after while things start to click and you manage better, find more etc. Requeim starts to go that way too. But it definetely was more challenging in terms of that compared to Village.
@DemonStar89 Agree infact the remakes even Re2 remake on hardcore never had this problem of resource, ample bullets & other stuff for everything. But yes OG Re0 & RE1 on higher difficulties had scarcity of resources to an extent amping the survival part beautifully.
Everything with Mr Lizard so far is really good, no fluff just a big hard hitting scaly monster with a great build-up to the confrontation but I might be a little over powered, I just hit level fifty. The XP is so unbalanced, it feels like everything in Spiderman 2 rewards a level. I thought the difficulty would scale with my level but it doesn't seem to. The alternative was to up the difficulty again. Almost everything is already maxed out. The side content didn't improve either, it got worse. Those bird drones/chase events are really unrewarding filler but such is the journey to completion.
I made a lot of progress last night, it's saying there are only ten story quests left and no side content. It might be my lack of track of time but it seems like I just started the game and much like the first one it really came into it's own around that fifty to sixty percent mark. I'm optimistic about the final ten missions and might speedrun the game again for that one Newgame+ trophy, it's not part of the main trophy set. I'm curious to see how fast it can be done with everything maxed and the side content skipped.
@GirlVersusGame yeah I’m a big fan of Father Ted, it’s one of the great sit-coms of British & Irish tv tbh. I haven’t seen anything involving Father Stone for ages tbh but I do need to go watch a couple of clips now, to listen to the similarities 😁
I'm leaving this playthrough of Elden Ring here. I defeated Godfrey/Hourah Loux with the assistance of my Mimic Tear+10, but Radagon/Elden Beast were just too much for us. So I will end my run there and hopefully move on to Star Wars Jedi: Survivor soon instead. I read online that Radagon/Elden Beast are definitely among the hardest bosses in FromSoft history, with some claiming that they possess artificial difficulty and are even "overtuned". I beat the game before by summoning for Godfrey and Radagon, so I will just rest on my laurels, knowing that I didn't need to summon for Godfrey/Hourah Loux this time, proud enough of that to call it a day there. Bring on Cal Kestis latest adventure!
