@nessisonett I don't think any actual GAMEPLAY leaks were proven to be false. All the other stuff, well that's the internet in a nutshell. Although, thinking that Abby is trans can be easily excused... quite the rare, unusual physique for a woman.

Top 5 Indies I'd recommend you try: #1 Lovecraft's Untold Stories, #2 Moonlighter, #3 Hotline Miami, #4 Inside, #5 Into the Breach.
This has probably been brought up, but that special ring you find, the Uncharted reference one, has 6 numbers on. If you input them as coordinates, you get Manila, the capital of the Philippines. Possible hint of the setting for UC5? 🤔
@Matroska Hmm could be. I thought there was a tiny hint somewhere in the game about a possible Sci-Fi game in the future. I'm pretty sure Naughty Dog have talked about that before sometime
Minor spoiler for a section in TLOU 2 - In the space museum bit Ellie talks about going to the moon and she said "one day" Possibly reading way too much into that but when it happened it was the first thing I thought
@roe I love finding little bits like this. If it's really foreshadowing, that's clever marketing. Just imagine you could take it literally. Ellie playing a role in that rumored spacegame!

@KratosMD As @andreoni79 mentions most people who are playing the game from here are not going elsewhere to read up about this game as they do not want the game spoiled and would rather find out about the game naturally by playing it, and make their own mind up about whether they enjoyed the game.
After I beat the game I will read a few reviews and watch some youtube discussions about the game, usually from a few selected trusted places, and not some random youtuber whose opinion i would not value in the first place anyway.
It is still a vocal minority sounding off about the game, if you think about the millions of copies this game has sold. A few thousand is still a small percentage, and even if it is that many there are over 70,000 user reviews on metacritic. How many of those are actually reviews that are worthwhile reading or whose opinion that we know that are valid?

those trading cards you can find realy are well detailed for just being a collectable.
with ND having shared some interest in a Sci-Fi before,it would not suprise me if those cards are a way to tease that project. maybe a game set in the universe of those cards?
@jdv95 Could be but sone of them are just Easter eggs, like Dr. Uckmann obviously being Neil Druckmann. The Imp is Halley Gross, the other writer, I'd bet. Based on both her appearance and how it describes her relationship with Dr. Uckmann.
Also just did that loooong section where they introduce the dogs and then there's that set piece at the end. Had to stop playing after that, it really burned me out.
I think the final 3 or 4 hours were disappointing, from a story and gameplay perspective. Perhaps I'll change my mind given time but I feel like it's spoiled an otherwise great game.
Looking forward to hearing other people's perspectives over the next few weeks, but right now my initial thought is disappointment. I've gotta be honest. And I was loving it after 20 hours or so.
@KratosMD
Using a company social media account to throw shade at a company they work really closely with seems like an effective way to get sacked. I doubt they got permission to send that message out, probably won't go down too well.
@LieutenantFatman Maybe the grown ups didn't lock their PC when their teenage child was about? Whatever the reason, I agree that is not a good look nor what you expect from a company who you had close ties with in the past.

So I've just finished the game a few minutes ago and I'll look forward to talking more in the spoiler thread but I absolutely loved it. There were a couple of parts of the game that could have done with being trimmed down a little. Yet the gameplay is much improved over the original and very few games have made me feel as much (good or bad) towards its characters and I loved the story. Possibly my favourite game this generation and if anyone wants to go back and look at earlier comments, this is a game I didn't even want to play after hearing some of the leaks, a definite 10 from me
Older than I care to remember but have been gaming since owning a wooden Atari 2600 and played pretty much everything inbetween.
@carlos82 I'm not sure how far through I am, currently on Day 2/B. Been playing for over 21 hours now. Hopefully I can dive into the spoiler thread at some point in the weekend. Can't imagine what I've yet to see go down, but it sure is a wild ride!
Finished it last night. Brilliant game.
A tragically beautiful ode to nihilism, terror and, ultimately, forgiveness.
I thought the ending was perfect (porch scene flashback was emotional) and thought that was the only way it could end. Curious what others wanted from the ending? Ellie learns to forgive Abby, Joel, and most importantly herself.
Story wise it does drag a little in places for squeezing another setpiece in, but it perfects the action stealth gameplay, so it's worth it to get to play those sections.
Well I notice online (even on an article here) that the internet has decided that a week is enough time to assume everyone has finished TLOU2 and can casually throw spoilers about story direction. Note - not necessarily anyone in the forums here, talking more in general.
I may just be salty but come on - I've only managed to get 8 hours into it due to work/life etc. Even small plot points or directions of story are annoying.
Rant over(ish).
Now I may be an idiot, but there's one thing I am not sir, and that sir, is an idiot
@Rudy_Manchego Yeah I'm still being careful of where I look online. The comments in the spoiler article that Push Square plan on doing is going to be such a delight to read through once we've finished the game.
