I am trying to gameshare with my husband so i am primary on his account and he is on mine but i can't see his games
Coukd someone help me

Sorry but game sharing is not allowed by Sony and can get your account banned. Thus we can't discuss it here, I am afaid. You will have to seek advice on that subject elseware.
