Unfortunately no, as far as I can tell. When my daughter logs on the ps4 it kicks me out of swbf2 I'm playing on ps5. However, it may work if one game is not online. I haven't tested every option though, including subaccount usage.
You definitely can't use the same account on both consoles at the same time but if the account with the PS Plus sub has Console Sharing enabled on the PS5 and the PS4 set as primary (same thing, different names), wouldn't that allow other accounts to use the same subscription for online play?

@Mick1234 I’ve tried this actually and as the other guys have mentioned it doesn’t allow it… you can however use a PS3 and PS4/5 on the same account at the same time. Early this year I set up a multiplayer deathmatch loop to grind XP for a trophy on MGS: Peace Walker on the PS3… then once I got the loop started I swapped over to PS4 and played (& earned trophies which registered to my account) on Sekiro.

You just need to have 2 separate accounts for 2 people. One for person that plays on one console, second account for another console.
So, lets say, you want to use PS5 as your main console, then, go to PS5 settings, and set it as "Primary", so it will have access to PS Plus and Library.
Now, go to PS4 settings, and set it as a "Primary" too! So other person will have access to your library AND PS Plus.
SONY has confirmed that you can have only 1 Primary PS4 and only 1 Primary PS5, in case you have both consoles at home.
There are restrictions, in case you use 2 PS4's or 2 PS5's.
Also, for more information, why term "Primary" even exists. Before PS5, if you had 2 consoles at home, you could buy PS Plus and Games only for one account, but use Library (share games) and have PS Plus on both consoles.
