Topic: What to do when a game is no longer listed for download?

Hi all,

I've noticed before that some games disappear from the store but this is a curious case.

I decided to re download Black Desert - not a brilliant experience but thought I'd check to see if it had improved any.

However, I can't see the game in My Library any more. So, I went onto the PS Store and lo and behold, there were now several bundled versions of the game but no base game stand alone version.
So I can't download the version I paid for and I can only see versions that I'd have to pay for but these aren't available as it knows I already own Black Desert!

Anyone got any advice please as to how can I get round this?

@sanderson72 I'm not sure what to do if it has genuinely been delisted but have you checked the following specific places

Library>Purchases - the top half should say "Not Installed"

(Maybe check installed anyway just in case it's downloaded without realising)

Also from this menu you can check "Hidden Items" by pressing square or maybe options (I think)

If it's not there/you've already checked, my apologies that I can't help any further!

Thanks for the replies. I didn't know about the hidden items (why would anyone hide something?) but press Options and you see other files.
Black Desert doesn't appear anywhere though. I can find the pre-order payment in my list for the 3th July 2019 but I can't find Black Desert : Standard Edition anywhere.
I could understand the problem if the game had been discontinued but this is just the removal of the base game and some added value extras that won't allow the original download

Thanks both! I eventually found the Download History list on the website (how hidden away is that?) and I've activated the Download to My PS4 setting. Looks to be downloading to my PS4 now!

Personally I hide PS plus games that I've claimed and played or thought were rubbish. Just declutters the library a bit of the stuff I don't actually own!

@ralphdibny @KratosMD Yes, finally found it and downloaded it but it seems to think it's the initial pre-release version so it won't connect to the servers! Very weird!

Hey can u elaborate how you managed to re download it? I’m having the same problem where it won’t let me re download because not bundle version doesn’t exist on PSstore
