Hello, I have 2 joysticks but one is not connecting to my console anymore. To confirm if this controller is functional, I've downloaded the PS Remote Play and noted that I was able to connect the problematic controller on my PC, therefore, I am assuming that there are no hardware problems (all buttons are working properly).
When I follow the process of synchronizing this joystick with my console, I am able to see it included in the devices list, but when I click to register this device, the system does not ask me to register it but ask me to press the PS button. For some reason, this button is not working when connected to the console but as mentioned before, it works when I connect to my PC.
As an additional information, I have 3 joysticks now (I bought a new one controller to replace the malfunctioning one). I can see all 3 dualshocks in the devices list but I can register only 2. Btw, I have 2 accounts, maybe I need to create a third account?
