Topic: smoothness of games

I have a question, I bought a PS4 slim and on it some games eg: Fifa 20, For Honor, Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, Detroit Become Human and then I have some games from PS+ like Fall Guys. Well and my problem is that when I play e.g.: Fifu 20 or Naruta, the picture and overall the game is smooth well and then when I turn on for example Detroid, Fall Guys or For Honor, Ratchet and Clank, the picture is not smooth as in Fifa 20. Tv I have a new one not even 3 months and games should be in 60hz. This is my first console, so I ask if it's normal or not, because when I watched videos on youtube to compare the image or the gameplay of the game (eg: Ratchet and Clank) so on the video the image would be beautifully smooth and for me it is so biting/inconsistent. So whether there's any way to solve it or if it's normal. Thank you in advance for your reply.

@PugLife It is perfectly normal for a graphically demanding game to drop below 30 frames per second on the base PS4. There is no way to solve it. It is just how the console performs.
