I cannot sign into my psn. I tried to change my password and I wasn't receiving the email. Then, I realized that I got an email that said that I had changed my sign-in ID. I did not change it. So I clicked on the link that said if you did not mean to do this, then click here. It was very unhelpful and I cannot sign in. Any ideas? Greatly appreciated.
