I've been downloading pretty heavy on the internal add and I was wondering if anybody knew if this was ok to do I don't know much about how ssd's work. Thank you. Just for reference I would say I've probably downloaded and uninstalled around 4000 gb already.
@Powergirl You’re nowhere near the point where you might encounter problems. No one’s had the PS5 long enough to reach these kind of numbers yet but theoretically the 825,000gb mark is where you’d expect the performance might start degrading.
@Powergirl don't even bother with that. I have some old notebooks with no HDD and only SSD, they've been running for several years now with constant files writing/rewriting and they still are working fine. I'm sure PS5 will last okay till PS6 comes out and even beyond.
