Someone recently tried to hack into my account but fortunately I caught it before any damage was done. I changed my password, and now when I login it asks me to do the 2 step verification by typing in the code sent to my phone, the problem is the code isn't being sent to my phone. I tried the PSN virtual assistant which just made me resent my password again, the customer service number just tells me to go use the virtual assistant, and I'm not sure what else to do.
Hopefully someone here might be able to direct me.
