I've had the PS5 Portal for several months but I am now having issues with the left joystick. It will allow me to move from side to side but when I move the joystick up and down there is no response. I've checked the updates. They are all up to date. I've tried resetting the console but the issue is still persisting and it's driving me mad.
Can anyone help with this please? I'd really appreciate any insight on this problem.
