Hello, I've got a problem with PS5. Usually every +/-10 minutes or so TV suddenly blacks out, PlayStation is still working, after seconds screen appears again and every time it goes back to main menu of the console. When ingame everything is fine. PS after purchase immediately went through factory reset. Problem started appearing when I was adding new account or updating controller software.
Ps4 works with that TV perfectly.
Already tried switching off HDCP or pluging to other HDMI input, setting 4k transfer rate to -1, -2(which l think led to more freaquent blackouts), trying HDMI 2.1, 2.0 cabel, even pluged PS to an older TV, nothing works.
Any help?
@Djent01 any chance you have the PS5 media remote? That does weird things as the battery is running out I have heard. Try taking the battery out of it if and see if that helps.
