Hallo people!
So I have a PS5 on which I subscribed for PS Plus for a year. It have been working properly. Since the other day, like two days ago however, when I tried to play games with online features (for example Elden Ring) the games give me an error message that "Ps Plus Subscription could not be verified. I however am able to for example download games from the PS Plus library, and also use other online features of the console such as watching movies on youtube.

I also am unable to log into my Playstation account on a PC. When I click on "Log in" I get a white page that only says "Not acceptable".

Anyone knows what could be the problem or how to fix? Or perhaps can direct me to a support in Germany that helps me through live chat? I cannot find a page, when I try searching for support I only get to choose topics and read troubleshooting guides.

@Ryuuzaki8815 Google tells me that there are others in your country who've been recently frustrated by a lack of a dedicated PlayStation Support service for Germany.

Was this the page you already found? https://www.playstation.com/de-de/support

There is an "Online Assistant" at the bottom, which might (eventually) get you to some kind of live chat, but beyond that, I can't find anything specific. Older live chat pages seem to have been shut down. It's a shame because unfortunately, I think you're gonna need to talk to Sony in order to fix your account problems, as it sounds like an issue on their end. I'm sorry I can't be of more help!

@RogerRoger thank you for your response. I have now simply sent a message to their service email adress, and I am now on a "ticket" with them I belive, which they will react to to resolve my problem...hopefully. I have payed 60 euros for PS Plus to be able to play games online on my Playstation (which is a stupid concept to begin with) and now I cannot do just that.

@Ryuuzaki8815 Yeah, it definitely sounds like something in their system has gotten confused, so I hope that it's a simple fix, and that you get a positive response soon!

@RogerRoger Also, the problem disappeared for a day, and then tonight it came back again. I have gotten an email telling me generic stuff of resetting router ect... and to give them my specifications like my PSN username...so that won't lead anywhere I do not think. Sucks...

@Ryuuzaki8815 Sorry to hear they're going through the generic motions to start with; sounds like you've got somebody who's just following the playbook, page by page. As frustrating as that can be, best you can do is comply and then keep pestering them until they take a look at their own systems.
