Hi all could really use some help or advice before I do something I regret.
For the last month or so some games when ever I click on to start the game I end up with an error code and getting kicked offline and having to sign back in again.
Lots of trophies have not been triggering and whenever I try to sync my trophies I just receive another error message.
So following someone's advice I rebuilt the database but almost immediately after signing in I received the same error!
So now I'm told to delete my Ps4 User name and recover it but I'm really worried I end up losing my name and everything attached to it for good..can someone please let me know if once I delete my Ps4 User name I can recover it?If so how exactly and is it a long process?
I've had my Ps4 since launch and never had anything go wrong until now and im not exactly the most technical minded person!
I plan on getting a Ps5 but I'm afraid if I don't sort this problem out the problem might follow me onto the next system.
