Topic: ps4 problems possibly

hi
I play modern warfare on ps4 Pro and it keeps crashing and freezing on me...
I have reset everything on ps4 and initialized ps4 about 6 times and done it yesterday and reinstalled mw... while playing it for an hour it backed me out of game and came up with data for this application is corrupt? Could this be my hard drive or the game?

Any help is appreciated

i had same issue, my ps4 has less than a 1 year of life.
it was in warranty and i've sent back to support.

It will be back on monday and i will test.
Did you solved it maybe in the meantime?
