Hey, I have a PS4 Pro, the problem I have is when I connect my USB cable in any PS4's USB port, it loses video signal ONLY when I touch the port with the USB cable. The controller is not charging either, but the cable is working fine, since I use it normally to charge my phone, it happens also when the controller is not connected to the cable.
What could it be? Is it shorting somewhere inside? Idk anymore.

Either it sounds like it is shorting or the usb ports are messed up and either you have to clean them extently or get a new part. And the controller not charging is from the usb ports possibly not working
