I have a Minecraft world on my PS4 that me and my friend like to play on. Recently my friend wanted to transfer the world to their PS4. We tried putting a usb into my console and then copying the world files from "Application Saved Data Management" then "Saved Data in System Storage" then "Copy to USB Storage Device". I then sent the world to my friend through the google drive. When she got the file she had to unzip it and when we looked at both the files I had and the files she had they looked the exact same. But when she plugged the usb into her PS4 and went in to the "Application Saved Data Management" then "Saved Data on USB Storage Device" then "Copy to System Storage" her screen said "There is no saved data". Any help with this would be greatly appreciated as we have put a lot of time and effort into this world.
@addy18i Make sure your friend is putting the world's save data in recognisable folders on her USB drive. There has to be a PS4 folder and then, inside that, a "SAVEDATA" folder; that's where your world's save data needs to go, otherwise her PS4 won't be able to find it.
Also, after a quick Google, some are reporting that separate world data won't be recognised; you have to copy over all of your worlds, if you have more than one, because some data is shared between them.
