My accounts 2SV has been enabled and the mobile authenticator is not set, I dont know how this thing happen. Is there any way I can get my account back? The PS Singapore support seems not very good in terms of letting their customers reach or contact them. Thank you very much, any help is appreciated a lot.
@Tasuki They aren't asking you to do anything, just if anything can be done since they're having trouble reaching a Sony representative in their region. That CAN be done by anyone knowledgeable.
