I have been attempting for 7 days now to request a refund for a game that I bought online. I have read the cancellation policy and know that it is valid. I have been daily attempting to use the refund bot with no luck. When I use it, I get the message "We are unable to process your Chat request at this time. Due to staff availability, customers will experience disruptions in their ability to contact PlayStation Support." When I call the Playstation Support phone line, I get a very similar automated message.
I have tweeted Playstation Support with no feedback. I cannot find an email address to communicate with them. The refund policy says I have 14 days to request a refund and so I technically have less than a week now for response. Any thoughts?

@Ocarina_Rx91 unfortunately Sony support is currently closed due to the COVID-19 situation so i'm not sure there is anything we can do to help but once they re-open and you can explain everything they should be able to help
