Right, 2 years ago I purchased Tom Clancy Rainbow Six Siege (Base game), after some time of playing it I had to delete it because I needed some storage space, this was before Tom Clancy Rainbow Six Siege Deluxe version was released. The other day I wanted to re download Tom Clancy Rainbow Six Siege but It seems that it has disappeared from my library and I cant download it, when i search it in my library only the deluxe version is there which I never purchased and when i try to download that version because that is the only one there is in my library, it tells me that I need to buy it. I tried Restoring Licenses it didn't work, tried to locate the game in my Games/Downloaded List on my PC, its not there, not even the deluxe version, I only have my Add ons for that game in my library. I still have my receipt/invoice for when I purchased the game as proof.
@Sedentary_Elk I've seen this happen before, so it's a semi-common issue. Normally, I'd say "send the receipt to a PlayStation Support email address" but alas, a lot of the support services are slow or non-existent due to pandemic workplace restrictions. You can try the usual contact methods, via your console or Sony's website, but you might be waiting a while for a response.
Some have tried deactivating and then re-activating their PS4 as their primary console; sometimes this can shake loose any licence permission errors, but it's not a guarantee.
