I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, bit I recently bought a ps4, and my controller won't connect, when I plug it into the console via USB and press the PS button the light flashes white, I researched this and found several fixes, none of which worked for me, while looking this up I read the light is supposed to flash orange when charging, but this remote isn't doing that either, it is getting power from all of the cords I have tried, but it isn't charging, it won't connect in safe mode either,
any help is appreciated.
