Haven't been able to find a good answer on this online except that Treyarch has fixed it but it still isnt working on our game/console. Bought the game for my son for Christmas and downloaded the campaign around noon on Christmas day. We like to play zombies and multiplayer local but dont care much for playing online with people we dont know.
The only time I'm able to join a local game is online. When I press x otherwise a box pops up that says "connecting to call of duty online services" but after about 15 seconds it goes away with no changes, second player is not added. I would assume if Treyarch fixed the problem it would work on my console since I just downloaded the neccessary files. I'm very aware how to start a local multiplayer game in the previous call of duty games but nothing is working for this one. What's the fix? If there is one.
