Topic: Can't Download Game

I have a game in my library that I am unable to download. All the other games have download buttons except for this one. Please don't tell me to renew licenses. I don't have any licenses to renew. I've tried doing that several times.

@colonelkilgore Last Of Us Remastered. If I go to my Library tab, all the games I've bought or got free from PS Plus are shown. But Last Of Us Remastered doesn't have a download button.

Im going to presume you paid for it, some time ago. Have you tried going to the game's store page? Or perhaps your download history?

@Spottedfeather random question… is there a little lock icon at the top right of The Last of Us: Remastered panel?

@PhhhCough All that happens is that it takes me to the store page when I click on it. I CAN'T download it.

@colonelkilgore Not that I recall, but I'm not in front of my PS4 at the moment. All the other games have little downward arrows up in the corner, though.

@colonelkilgore Looked last night and there is no lock symbol. I have no idea what's going on. And it's not like I can get help from Playstation or anything as they no longer have customer service...

@JudgeDredd I looked at the game's store page and it still wants me to buy the game even though I'm supposed to have it. I REALLY wish Playstation still had customer service...

@colonelkilgore I wish I could. But not sure how, seeing as Playstation doesn't have customer service any more...
