Topic: Buying something and giving error on ps4

So I was trying to buy a monthly subscription with me credit card and when I clicked buy it popped up an error message but when I looked at my credit card transaction history it said I bought what I was trying to buy. I don't have access to the subscription content.

Try to contact Playstation! Go the playstation.com and your bank guys. this a grave problem that this two should be able to resolve.
