I play in performance mode. During most of the missions the frame rate is fine. But when free roaming some heavier areas get some stutters. It’s not game breaking but definitely hurts the experience a little seeing as the first game didn’t have this.
@Tr4405 Can't say that I've ever noticed that, no, although I play it in 30fps Resolution Mode. Maybe make sure you're connected to PSN, and download the latest patch?
