Topic: 2SV Backup codes

Me and a friend added our PSN accounts to eachothers consoles, I'm PS5 and he's PS4

We do remote play sometimes and it was all good til we had a falling out, now I discovered that I have back up codes on my system but can't delete them.

I doubt he would do anything, but...

Is he able to abuse those codes and sign in to my account (without my password) via PS app, another console or even the website?

@KitsuneKaos If you change your password he won’t be able to sign in if you anymore.

Don't really want to change it, I've had my PS5 for almost a year and I never sign out, so I tend to forget my passwords as I don't need to use it.

There's where my problem is, if I can't remember my password, how do I log in or get it changed as I've heard how useless Sony can be at helping.
