ARC Raiders really seems to have stuck the landing, and we'd be very interested in hearing what you think of Embark's extraction shooter.
Earlier in October, Battlefield 6 was the headline act for multiplayer gaming. EA's longstanding series was back with a bang; it got great reviews and it sold like crazy.
But it did feel as though ARC Raiders stole some of its rival's thunder. There had been a buzz around this one for a few months leading up to its release on the 30th October, thanks to a wave of well received network tests.

Word of mouth played a big role in propelling the game, and when the full thing dropped, there was noticeable hype. It was an instant hit with popular streamers, and plenty of websites just like Push Square were singing its praises.
Indeed, we ended up posting our own ARC Raiders PS5 review just a few days after the full launch, having already put a number of hours into the aforementioned network test sessions.
It was a glowing write-up. We awarded the title an 'excellent' 9/10, reassuring readers that "ARC Raiders has well and truly been worth the wait."
The praise didn't stop there, either. We concluded: "As far as extraction shooters go, this is one of the most accessible, and it respects your time, giving you a fun experience from your first match. We can easily say that ARC Raiders is one of the best multiplayer games this generation."
