Shotgun King: The Final Checkmate (PS5)
$8.11/£6.49 (-35%)
Shotgun King: The Final Checkmate is a novel roguelike spin on chess that, despite equipping you with a firearm, is deceptively strategic. You'll need to use cunning moves and tactical shotgun blasts to progress through a run, unlocking upgrades as you go, and it's great, quick-fire fun. With a handful of modes and different shotguns providing a little variety, this is an enjoyable, modern riff on one of the world's oldest and best-loved board games.

Sifu (PS5)
$9.99/£8.24 (-75%)
Sifu is one of the most impressive tributes to martial arts that you'll find in gaming. An immaculately presented kung fu adventure, Sifu is a brutal test of reactions and skill, but in the pursuit of mastering its mechanics, you'll find an immensely rewarding experience. A superb action title if you're in the mood for a stiff challenge.
Streets of Rage 4 (PS4)
$8.74/£6.99 (-65%)
Streets of Rage 4 finally brings the classic series back, and it does so with plenty of style. Arcadey beat-'em-ups aren't as common as they used to be, but this modern iteration is about as good as they get. Crunchy, satisfying combat is the order of the day as endless goons populate the screen, lining up for a beatdown from classic characters and new ones alike. With both local and online play, you can clean up the streets with some buddies too.
Tactics Ogre: Reborn (PS5)
$19.99/£17.99 (-60%)
Tactics Ogre: Reborn revives a stone cold strategy RPG classic, and even packs some welcome quality of life improvements into the deal. This fantasy-driven adventure's methodical pacing won't be for everyone, but once you're in, you can absolutely lose yourself to the game's party-building mechanics, intricate storytelling, and engrossing tactical combat.
Tchia (PS5)
$7.49/£6.24 (-75%)
While it takes inspiration from a multitude of other titles, there are no other games quite like Tchia. Set in a fictional version of New Caledonia, you play as a girl who must rescue her father from a mysterious group. Before you reach that point, though, you've a whole archipelago you can freely explore, and it's stuffed with things to see and do. By possessing various objects and animals, you can truly see the map from all angles, then chill out by playing Tchia's ukulele at any time. Full of unique charm, this is an ambitious sandbox that's just fun to toy with.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge (PS5)
$14.99/£11.99 (-40%)
Inspired by the many beloved TMNT games of yesteryear, Shredder's Revenge is a wonderful beat-'em-up that blends old and new for a turtle-y refreshing experience. You can of course play as the reptilian quartet, but Splinter, April O'Neil, and an unlockable Casey Jones all join the fight too, each with unique stats. The game features gorgeous pixel art with superb animations, as well as an excellent soundtrack and varied, enjoyable stages to fight through. With co-op either locally or online, this is an incredibly enjoyable game to play with some pals and pizza.
The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles (PS4)
$15.99/£13.19 (-60%)
Set long before the events of the other Ace Attorney games, The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles turns back the clock to the 19th century. Focusing on the journey of rookie attorney Ryunosuke Naruhodo (ancestor of Phoenix Wright) and his friend Herlock Sholmes, this duology of games plays similarly to the rest of the series, but sets itself apart with a fresh setting and characters. On top of that, it features some of the best cases and storylines in the whole franchise. If you enjoy this quirky courtroom drama series, this is definitely worth playing.
The Last of Us Part I (PS5)
$29.39/£34.99 (-58%/-50%)
Forever tainted by its high launch price, The Last of Us Part I is a faithful remake of Naughty Dog's 2013 masterpiece that brings the post-apocalyptic adventure up to modern standards. While the gameplay is largely untouched, its visuals shine with stunning character models, gorgeous backdrops, and an abundance of detail to ensure there's something to look at in every corner. Some will forever question why it was needed, but The Last of Us: Part I has never looked better.
The Making of Karateka (PS5)
$6.99/£5.59 (-65%)
The Making of Karateka is a rare treat. It's part documentary, part archive, part collection of old games, and part remaster. It's also a wonderful example of just how far we can go with game preservation if we put the work in, and the gold standard for how we should approach collections of classic games going forward.
Unicorn Overlord (PS5)
$20.99/£19.24 (-65%)
"Vanillaware doesn't miss" — a statement that grows more and more meaningful with every game that the talented Japanese studio releases. Unicorn Overlord takes the developer in yet another new direction, channelling the spirit of strategy RPGs like Fire Emblem to create one of the finest examples of the genre that you'll find in modern gaming. Growing a huge army of characters and finding unique ways to squad them up is the crux of the experience, and it only gets increasingly addictive as the adventure continues. Couple that with Vanillaware's amazing, trademark art direction, and you've got a surefire recipe for role-playing success.
Valiant Hearts: The Great War (PS4)
$3.74/£2.99 (-75%)
Valiant Hearts: The Great War is a poignant and powerful reminder of the significant human toll borne of the wars that we so often act out in our favourite video games. It doesn’t exaggerate or embellish its subject matter, but rather tells a story rooted in historical accuracy and human emotion. And while the puzzler’s gameplay isn’t revolutionary by any means, its awe-inspiring visual design, clever soundtrack, and thoughtful plot will break your heart in the best possible way.
Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap (PS4)
$4.99/£3.99 (-75%)
Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap is a super faithful remake of the classic Master System game, but it's utterly transformed by the beautiful new art style and revamped soundtrack. While the game's age somewhat shines through in the gameplay and design, this is still a wonderful platformer that has you transforming into various creatures with unique abilities. This is a good time whether or not you remember the original.
Zombie Army 4: Dead War (PS4)
$4.99/£3.99 (-90%)
Zombie Army 4: Dead War is one of the best co-operative focused games on PS4. Its meaty campaign boasts of impressive level variety, a superb control scheme, and enjoyable gameplay mechanics while a Horde mode tests your abilities to the max. Rebellion has crafted an experience with so much to see and do that it could take a group of players weeks to master everything on offer — a crowning success for this type of game. Zombie Army 4: Dead War is an absolute riot of a title that is just as cheeky as it is fun to play.

Tempted with hell is us heard good things about it. Also after playing resi requiem, i played the 2nd remaster last weekend so might pick 3rd up for that price.
Cool been waiting for Forza Horizon 5 to drop £2 cheaper than last month I'm told you don't need to be online to play it GT7 Does not give you this choice.
Gears of War is a canonical game I‘ve never played. But do I really want to invest money and time to finally play it? I don’t know.
Shinobi is a great game. Recently finished it and really enjoyed it. As mentioned above the story is a bit meh but the gameplay is great
Still the nonsense Amazon links (I thought this was about a PS Store sale...?) and dividing the whole thing up in pages instead of giving a quick overview of the titles that are included. You're simply ignoring the repeated feedback of your visitors?
So… The Resident Evil 3 platinum is unevitable at this price.
@Darude84 I'm with you, but I think they really need the clicks to stay afloat.
@Daleaf Hell is Us is a bit marmite.
Has a lot of "fake difficulty" that wastes your time and frustrates. E.g. most reviews will tell you how they wrote stuff down in a note book, when other games just add what you discover to a codex or place a map marker for easy reference.
I learned to write when I was 3 or 4 years old, so being able to write stuff on a piece of paper does not make me an L337 gamer. It just wastes my time.
It does have a bit of a Souls vibe albeit far easier.
At £20 it's worth a punt but you might bounce off pretty quickly. I reckon it would be a good game to just play whilst following a guide otherwise you will miss a lot of stuff, get stuck and give up.
@Dogbreath yea played a few hrs of it but got a cold so not sure if im in mood for it at moment, seems like a food game but will get back to it when im in a better mood. Still not sure if its for me but on sale so not too bad if i fall of it.
Nothing out of those that I want or don't already have. Possibly Mass Effect Legendary Edition, but it's not really much of a sale on that either when it's been $5.99 pretty much every month for a year anyway.
Luckily for me my work gave me a £200 playstation gift card for being with them for 10 years lol. I might pick up Atomfall and Hell is Us, then spend the rest on 12 months of premium.
Booo. I say to your terrible pun. Going 'cheap' indeed.
Still waiting for the games I'm interested in to hit the magical 50% off.
25% - 35% ain't enough of a discount.
Dead Space info appears below 13 Sentinels without a header but appears properly later in the article.
Loads on my wishlist here. Doom Dark Ages for £23 is calling to me. As is Shadow Gambit for 8 quid.
@Max_the_German i didn't enjoy it tbh; bought on launch. gameplay felt so simplistic and dated. graphics also a bit bad.
Tainted Grail, Avowed, and Oblivion Remastered are all on sale... I'm in the mood to play one of those but undecided on which one.
@HaveTheSauce Thanks!
@MKD88 Tainted Grail is spectacular!
Having said that, I've only played it on the Steam Deck, and I've heard it runs a little ruff on PS5- maybe the latest patch fixed it.
Avowed isn't bad, really shallow and generic though- Outerworlds 1 with magic
@CallMeDuraSouka Thanks, I did some more research and definitely seems like a game I would love. Love games with good atmosphere. I ended up picking it up. I'm on the Pro so hopefully it performs better than the standard PS5.
@Max_the_German GoW has dated quite poorly for me. I had it on the 360 at launch and it was great; but this remaster wasn't that fun tbh and I gave up after a couple hours. 2 & 3 were way better so I don't know why they didn't package those in too.
@MKD88 Tainted Grails atmosphere is really really good.
Hope you enjoy it!
For a Unity Engine game worth only 30 or so Devs it's impressive
@Quintumply The Dead Space info got included twice (look right after 13 Sentinels).
@lacerz That should be fixed now, thanks
With Saros coming, limited myself to grabbing Dispatch.
A bunch of games from my wishlist.
But I have sworn not to buy any new games in March.
March is intended to be my backlog month.
None of my price trackers went off for the things I had set to new lows or ones set to previous lows, so RIP. Guess I'll be banking on the Xbox Spring Sale having more 360 and OG Xbox games I'm missing.
@JB_Whiting Is it still worth it for a Co-op Campaign run with someone?
If you're into hardcore soulslikes, I very much recommend BLEAK FAITH which you can get in the sale for 12 notes.
Definitely snagging Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana at a new low of $8.99. Been on my wishlist and was surprised to see it was that cheap!
@Max_the_German I've played them all dude and they're very good fun.. absolute great graphics and if you love your action you'll defiantly enjoy them. The first 3 are the best.
I picked up ratchet and clank (ps4) and the spyro/crash bundle. Been off gaming for a couple of months now. Dunno why but I just dont have any real interest in it at the moment so thought I'd pick up a couple of easy going, colourful games to try and get my mojo back.
@iBeerMonster you can but I don't ever want to play that intro on inferno difficulty again!
I picked up Marvel's Midnight Suns Legendary Edition for $19.99 and Deliver Us Mars for &8.99
@shoeses Yeah totally in that case go for it! Playing with a friend makes it more fun for sure. It's just kinda dull on your own.
@JB_Whiting Figured as much, Co-op generally does that for any game, but confirmation is always good! Thanks.
I will buy Division 2 Ultimate to play with my mate.
Can you please include a quick glance list of the games on sale like they do on the Pure Xbox site. Thanks.
@arronplanet Agreed, this layout is rubbish for users, and spread across 3 pages... great for SEO though no doubt
Plenty of bangers there for under a tenner.
None for me personally as I've played them all before. And I picked up Jedi Survivor at the weekend on the cheap. Plus Nioh 3 dropped through my letterbox this morning.
@arronplanet 100% agree!
I picked up subnautica for $9
