Yes, using cheat codes in any of the three games included in Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered will disable Trophies entirely, meaning you won't be able to earn any Trophies at all. It's important, therefore, you create a new game when you want to use the cheats, so you don't disable Trophies on your primary save file.
