Our undead hero Sir Daniel Fortesque isn't doing too badly for a clumsy skeleton, but the MediEvil remake is starting to slip from the UK physical chart. The PlayStation 4 revival is down from number five to number 10 this week, with sales down 64 per cent according to GamesIndustry.
There are a number of movers and shakers in this chart; FIFA 20 and The Outer Worlds move down into third and fifth respectively. Meanwhile, titles like Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville and Ghost Recon: Breakpoint move up one or two spaces. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare hasn't budged an inch, however, holding its grip on number one for a second time. Interestingly, Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King doesn't make it into the top 10, but it's surprisingly close at number 12.
The chart should shift around pretty significantly next time, with Death Stranding and Need for Speed Heat arriving on Friday. In the meantime, here's the latest top 10:
UK Sales Charts: Week Ending 2nd November 2019
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
- Luigi's Mansion 3
- FIFA 20
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
- The Outer Worlds
- Ghost Recon: Breakpoint
- Ring Fit Adventure
- Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville
- Grand Theft Auto V
- MediEvil

The real story though is WWE 2K20 dropping out of the top ten.
Luigi’s Mansion 3 is awesome
@kyleforrester87 Yep. Loving it
2 weeks in the top ten for such a small scaled game is pretty impressive to me. Definitely a success for Sony and a signal to create more such double A games, next to their triple A blockbusters, for the hardcore Playstation fans. I can see MediEvil 2 got its sequel green-lit. MediEvil is Superb to me.
I saw some price drops for Ghost Recon: Break Wind in the shops the other day so I imagine that might account for the raise in sales.
@JAMes-BroWWWn I Hope They Can Bring Tomba Back As Well
Nice, I hope sony remake medievil 2 next year and make medievil 3 for ps5 the year after
@Areus Yeah, tomba games is good, I hope sony remaster tomba 1 & 2.
Nice to see Luigi's Mansion 3 doing real well. The game is so good.
Also glad to see MediEvil still in the Top 10, but it'll probably drop out next week, especially with Death Stranding entering the charts.
@Areus I LOVED Toomba back in the day. Would absolutely pick it up. Add the first Ape Escape there too. First game to require the DualShock controller, significant moment in Playstation history.
Medievil also launched at number 3 according to EMEAA (sales trackers of several European markets, Middle East and Australia). It's a much bigger size and reflects MediEvils success even more. You guys should cover its weekly chart too.

Great! I'm playing through MediEvil at my own leisure and I'm really enjoying it. I must've been about 5-6 years old at the time when I played the original. I'd love to see a remake of 2 and perhaps eventually a third one.🤞
Despite some framerate issues on my 'base' PS4, MediEvil is bloomin' great. As a budget release Im really pleased to see the game sell well, I also hope they remaster the sequel, or give Sir Daniel a whole new game.
