Weirdness: Finally You Can 3D Print Your Own PlayStation Trophies

What's this nonsense about Trophies being meaningless, virtual awards? If you happen to be one of the two people on the planet with a 3D printer, you can now download the files to manufacture your own set of PlayStation trinkets through here. This includes the bog standard Bronze, Silver, and Gold style, as well as the coveted Platinum gong.

We'd like to think that there's someone out there printing off a pot for each in-game award they earn, leading to the real-world manifestation of the Trophy cabinet that Sony promised (but never delivered) for PlayStation Home. Imagine if Roughdawg4 did that, he'd have to buy a whole new house to store his 54,531 trinkets.

I've been tossing around the idea of a VR Trophy collection with my local Sony rep for a while. I think it'd be tight. You could pick them up, look inside them and stuff.
