Shadow of the Tomb Raider PS4 PlayStation 4 1
All work, no play

We live in an era where fraudsters 3D print Nintendo consoles in order to "out" them, so we've no idea if this Shadow of the Tomb Raider leak is genuine or not – but seeing as an Assassin's Creed game was once revealed on a plane, we're going to file this one in the 'maybe' pile. A Reddit user has uploaded a photograph of a presentation being worked on by someone on the Montreal subway. The laptop shows an authentic-ish logo for Lara Croft's next game.

But is it real? Well, the photograph is very blurry and it's not hard for someone to mock-up a fake PowerPoint slide. That said, it's been a year since the original release of Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Crystal Dynamics didn't work on the PlayStation 4 port. Thus, it's reasonable to assume that a new entry may be in development, and it's possible that someone at Eidos Montreal would be involved in the project in some way.

So the pieces of the jigsaw do fit together if you really squint. But as with anything like this, you should probably take it with a pinch of salt. Shadow of the Tomb Raider, though? Sounds like a rubbish enough name to be real, eh?
