Lost Dimension Dialogue

If you'll recall, we wrote about PlayStation 3 and Vita title Lost Dimension a little while back, and exclaimed that it seemed to have the makings of an interesting role-playing game. Atlus' creation sees you team up with a bunch of stylish teens, and as the plot progresses, you'll need to decide who's an enemy, and who isn't.

Indeed, the main draw here is that every time you start a new save file, the game randomises who the bad guys are, and if you pick out the wrong people during your playthrough, you'll end up fighting the surviving antagonists at the end of the story. On top of that, the release boasts a tactical battle system, which has been compared to the mechanics found in the brilliant Valkyria Chronicles.

If this all sounds great to you, then you'll be happy to know that the publisher's slapped a 28th July North American launch date on the game, while a European release is still expected for the summer. It's also been revealed that Atlus plans on releasing $20 worth of free downloadable content for the first two weeks after the title launches, which will include character costumes, PlayStation Network avatars, and additional in-game quests. Sounds fair to us.
